Review - Tropical Traditions Raw Organic Honey

A few weeks ago, my recipes for the best (gluten free!) oatmeal raisin cookies and Wonder Bars were chosen to be in the Tropical Traditions Coconut Flour Recipes booklet and I was awarded $100 in gift certificates to Tropical Traditions for payment for my recipes. Awesome, right?!

I went on a little shopping spree and I picked up this 15 pound pail of raw organic honey to get us through the winter. We use honey medicinally (as well as liberally on our toast), so I knew it was going to be a great investment.

This honey is amazing. When I popped open the lid, my girls and I dove in and had a few (medicinal, of course!) spoonfuls. It is creamy and mild - but not boring; sweet but not cloying. I tried to hold off using it until we’d finished our current batch of honey, but within 24 hours I had caved and filled up a small jar from the bucket (which is being stored safely on the highest pantry shelf, away from little fingers!).

Right now, it’s on sale for $146.50, which is a steal for this high quality honey. It is unprocessed, unheated, and full of pollen and other beneficial nutrients and enzymes. And did I mention it’s delicious? Look at that creamy goodness!

Go get some! If you’re leery of 15 pounds of honey showing up on your doorstep, try out a 17 oz. glass jar instead!

Also, to sweeten the deal (haha), right now, Tropical Traditions is offering free shipping with the code 14822. Believe me, that really helps take a dent off the cost of the honey.

****Product links in this review are affiliate links. Shop through my Tropical Traditions links and I will receive a $25 gift certificate as a referral fee for every new customer. Once you become a customer, you can get referral links and earn your own gift certificates. It’s really easy! I love how generous Tropical Traditions is with this program. And their products are super high quality. I am a big fan of their coconut stuff. I may have to do another review just for that!
